Purpose

This policy aims to ensure that employees act in the workplace in accordance with the principles of integrity, impartiality, respect, confidentiality, and compliance with the law, and to strengthen corporate culture.

1. Scope
  • This policy covers all employees, management staff, interns, suppliers, and business partners.

2. Fundamental Principles
  • Compliance with Laws: Compliance is ensured with Labor Law No. 4857, Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, and other applicable legislation.
  • Integrity and Impartiality: All employees avoid conflicts of interest and act impartially.
  • Confidentiality: The private information of the company and employees is protected.
  • Fair Treatment: No employee may be discriminated against on the basis of language, religion, race, gender, age, disability, political opinion, or social status.
  • Conflict of Interest: Personal interests must not take precedence over business requirements.
  • Acceptance of Gifts: Gifts or benefits may not be accepted from third parties in relation to job duties.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: The principles of Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 are complied with.
  • Reporting Ethical Violations: An employee who identifies an ethical violation may report it to Human Resources or the Ethics Committee. Reports are kept confidential.

3. Implementation and Supervision
  • Conduct that violates ethical principles is evaluated by the disciplinary board. Where necessary, action may be taken pursuant to Article 25 of Labor Law No. 4857.

Human Rights Policy

Policy Name: Human Rights and Employee Rights Policy

Purpose

This policy aims to create a work environment that respects the dignity, equality, and freedom of all employees and to act in accordance with national and international human rights standards.

1. Scope
  • It applies to all employees and stakeholders across all areas of the company’s operations.

2. Fundamental Principles
  • Equality and Non-Discrimination: Pursuant to Article 5 of Labor Law No. 4857, no employee may be subjected to discrimination.
  • Prohibition of Forced Labor and Child Labor: The provisions of Article 71 of Labor Law No. 4857 are applied. Forced labor is prohibited.
  • Trade Union Rights: Employees’ rights to organize and engage in collective bargaining are protected (Law No. 6356).
  • Safe Working Environment: All necessary measures are taken to ensure occupational health and safety (Law No. 6331).
  • Protection of Personal Data: Actions are taken in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
  • Prohibition of Harassment and Mobbing: There is zero tolerance for physical, psychological, or sexual harassment.
  • Wages and Working Hours: Wages, overtime, and leave entitlements are regulated in accordance with the Labor Law.
  • Whistleblowing Mechanism: A confidentiality-based application mechanism exists for reporting human rights violations.

3. Implementation and Monitoring
  • The Human Resources department monitors the implementation of the policies. Violations are evaluated on a confidentiality basis, and necessary corrective/preventive actions are taken.
