OUR SCOPE
As an Integrated Management System; we apply the BRC Food System, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The scope of these systems covers the production and packaging of frozen stuffed meatballs, frozen katmer, frozen yuvarlama, and frozen lahmacun products.

- We implement and continuously improve the management systems established to maintain product reliability under constant control and to ensure the balance between taste, quality, and safe food.
- By identifying all potential hazards that may occur until the product reaches the final consumer, we keep the determined critical control points under continuous inspection and control by trained personnel.
- We operate in compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System, mutually agreed customer requirements, and all applicable national and international legal and regulatory requirements.
- By continuously following scientific and technological developments, we implement innovations in our operations in order to meet and exceed our customers' healthy food needs, which are the reason for our existence.
- We protect the environment and prevent pollution. During planning and implementation stages, we establish a continuous and effective environmental awareness in harmony with nature.

OUR COMMITMENTS
- We comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in all our activities. We also commit to complying with customer-specified requirements within the framework of legal regulations.
- We commit to reducing occupational health and safety risks and eliminating hazards; improving safe and healthy working conditions; and continuously increasing measures related to employee health and safety.
- We commit to ensuring control to prevent uncontrolled metal presence in the production process and its surroundings; not using any wooden materials in production; and, if wood, glass, or hard plastic materials are used, ensuring their control and applying the relevant procedural actions.
- We commit to carrying out our activities in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), Food Safety, Operational Hygiene, and Sanitation rules throughout our Processing and Packaging Facility; not using any additives or raw materials containing Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) in any stage of production; ensuring that our products are halal; confirming that our final products do not contain GMO; producing them in accordance with their authentic nature; and protecting food authenticity (originality) in terms of regional characteristics and content within legal limits.
- By adhering to Management System practices, we ensure that employees actively participate in the implementation of our product safety policy. We also commit to consulting and involving employees or their representatives when necessary.
- We commit to adopting a food safety and quality culture across all departments including supplier, customer, production, purchasing, senior management, personnel, and sales, and to continuous improvement in all areas.
