Galez Geographical Indication Lamb Meat Kibbeh consists of outer meatball mixture prepared with bulgur, lean lamb minced meat, Antep onion and spices and inner mixture prepared with lamb meat, Pistachio, Walnut, Antep onion and spices. The prepared mixture is carefully stuffed into the bulgur balls and turned into kibbeh.

A geographical indication is a quality mark that indicates and guarantees for consumers the origin of the product, its characteristic features and the connection between the said characteristic features of the product and the geographical area.

Without waiting for the kibbeh to defrost, fry the kibbeh in hot oil at 180-200 °C for 5-6 minutes until the kibbeh is completely buried. It is recommended to fry a maximum of 4 pieces at a time in a home fryer. Bon appetit.
