Galez Beef Kibbeh consists of an outer mixture prepared with bulgur, ground beef and spices and an inner mixture prepared with beef, walnut, onion and spices. The prepared mixture is carefully stuffed into the bulgur balls and turned into kibbeh.

Without waiting for the kibbeh to defrost, fry the kibbeh in hot oil at 180-200 °C for 5-6 minutes until the kibbeh is completely buried. It is recommended to fry a maximum of 4 pieces at a time in a home fryer. Bon appetit.
