Milk cream, pistachio, beet sugar and plain oil are added into the thin dough prepared with special wheat flour. The hand rolled phyllo dough is folded in the shape of an envelope and katmer made ready.

A geographical indication is a quality mark that indicates and guarantees for consumers the origin of the product, its characteristic features and the connection between the said characteristic features of the product and the geographical area.
Preheat the oven to 180-200 °C with the tray. Place the katmer on the tray with its paper and place it in the oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the top turns golden brown. After baking, turn the katmer upside down on a serving plate, remove the baking paper, add ground pistachios on it and serve.
